In 2011, Fiona began recording her second studio album. The lead single, "Gone and Never Coming Back", peaked at number 37 on the US R&B chart to become her second highest peaking song on the chart to date. A second single from the album, "4 AM", was sent to urban radio stations on August 30, 2011.[1] "4 AM" peaked at number 53 on the US R&B chart.
"Gone and Never Coming Back was the first single from the album The MF Life, was released on January 11, 2011, and the second single "4 AM" was released on September 6, 2011.
