The Hiker is a historic statue created by Theo Alice Ruggles Kitson, located on a traffic island at the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and Pleasant Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. The statue was erected in 1938.[2]

The memorial statue to the soldiers who fought in the Spanish American War and the Philippine–American War is located between the historic Crescent Mill and Durfee Mills. The base of the statue was constructed from part of the former Fall River Customhouse and Post Office which was demolished in the early 1930s.

The statue was nominated by local and state historical commissions but denied placement on the National Register of Historic Places by the Department of the Interior in 1983.[3]

Some of the other "Hikers" are located in Woburn, MA, Cambridge, MA, Wakefield, MA, Everett, MA, Malden, MA, Ypsilanti, Michigan, on the grounds of the Michigan State Capital in Lansing, Michigan and at Arlington National Cemetery.
