LP albums

The Goodies released four albums and a number of singles during the 1970s, as well as a various greatest hits compilations on both vinyl and CD. None of their original albums has ever been released on CD.

The Goodies Sing Songs From The Goodies (January 1974)

Decca SKL 5175 (reissue Decca SPA 416)

The Goodies' first LP, composed mostly of re-recordings of songs that Bill Oddie had originally composed as incidental music for the TV series. It was reissued one year later in May 1975, retitled "The World of the Goodies", as part of Decca's extensive World Of... series, complete with alternative cover art.

Nothing To Do With Us (November 1976)

Bill Oddie described this as “musically, the best record we ever made”. The album opens with an ambitious 12-minute rock opera in the style of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. The lyrical content is much less family-friendly than their previous albums, with frequent references to sex and drugs.
