ThalesRaytheonSystems (ThalesRaytheon or TRS) is a joint venture between Raytheon of the United States and Thales Group of France. ThalesRaytheon was formed in June, 2001, for the purpose of combining the radar and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence or C4I systems efforts of the two firms.
