Telonema
Telonema is a genus of single celled organisms comprising one species.
Some sources group Telonema within the cryptomonads-haptophytes assemblage.[1]
It is sometimes assigned to a unique phylum, Telonemia.[2]
Species
The only species recognized by AlgaeBase, as of 2009, is T. subtile.[3]
Other sources describe Telonema subtilis and Telonema antarcticum.[4][5]
