Edward "Ted" Platt (born 26 March 1921) is an English former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
Born in Romford, Platt spent his early career with Colchester United of the Southern League,[1] before moving to Arsenal in 1938.[2] Platt made his debut for Arsenal in 1946, and made a total of 53 appearances for them in the Football League.[3] Platt also played for Portsmouth and Aldershot,[4][5] before ending his career in non-league football with Worcester City.[1]
