In 2008, the company's net sales was €77.2 million; operating result was €11.5 million.[1] During the year, Tecnomen bought the Indian telecommunications company Lifetree Convergence for $46 million. The name of the company was changed to Tecnomen Lifetree, which in 2010 was abbreviated to Tecnotree.[3][1]
