Tearin' Up My Heart is the second single from boy band 'N Sync's self-titled debut album. It is the second single worldwide. In 2007, Tearin' Up My Heart peaked #30 at VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of '90s.[1] In 2009, on America's Best Dance Crew, it was given to the Massive Monkees on the VMA Challenge.

Music video

Despite two releases of the song, one video accompanied all international releases. The video features the group in a warehouse, similar to the second video of "I Want You Back", participating in a photoshoot. Originally, a female was intended to appear in the photoshoot, but as Timberlake was only fifteen at the time, the idea was axed. The dance routine shown in the video is essentially the same as the one used for concert or TV performances. The video was directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky and was nominated for the Video Music Award. It was released in Germany in February 1997, before debuting stateside on TRL on June 14, 1998.
