T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TAL1 gene.[1][2]

The protein encoded by TAL1 is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor.

Interactions

TAL1 has been shown to interact with LMO1,[3][4] LDB1,[5] SIN3A,[6] LMO2,[3][4][5][7] Sp1 transcription factor,[8] TCF3,[5][9] CBFA2T3,[5] EP300[10] and GATA1.[5][7]
