Takayuki Seto (瀬戸 貴幸, Seto Takayuki?, born February 5, 1986) is a Japanese footballer currently under contract for Romanian Liga I team FC Astra Ploieşti.[1] He is the first ever Japanese footballer to play in Liga I. He trained with Brazilian club Corinthians and Avaí[2] during the 2005–06 season to improve his performances. Before the 2010 World Cup from South Africa, Seto was highly scouted in order the player to be possible selected to play for Japan.
