XHMNL-TV
XHMNL-TV channel 28, known on-air as TV Nuevo León (TVNL), is an educational and public television station owned and operated by the government of State of Nuevo León in Monterrey.
TVNL transmits diverse programming, from newscasts, sports, cultural, artistic and variety shows, besides the events activities of the Government of Nuevo León. It also broadcasts programming from Once TV. Some TVNL programming can also be seen trough Mexicanal network in the United States.
