Sŭngho-guyŏk or Sŭngho District is a district of North Hwanghae. It was formerly one of the 19 guyŏk that constitute Pyongyang, North Korea, but in 2010, it was administratively reassigned from Pyongyang to North Hwanghae; foreign media attributed the change as an attempt to relieve shortages in Pyongyang's food distribution system.[1]
