Sycamore Drive and Main Street is a station on the METRO light rail line in Mesa, Arizona, USA. This station marks the eastern terminus of the route and is the only METRO station located within the city of Mesa. The station is located one block east of the intersection of Dobson Road and Main Street, in front of the former Tri City Mall. A large park and ride lot is located adjacent to the station's bus terminal on the north side of Main Street.

Although easily accessible from the Dobson Road exits of both Arizona Route 202 and U.S. Route 60, there currently are no signs directing travelers from the highway to the station. Nor does METRO indicate on its maps that "Sycamore" is one block from well-known Dobson Road. Sycamore Drive here is a minor side street, only on the south side of Main Street, and terminates one block from the station, at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.
