Suzie Templeton (born 1967 in Hampshire, England) is a director, animator and writer of stop motion animation films. She is best known for her 2006 animated adaptation of Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf.
Suzie began her career studying a BA in Animation at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham (UCA Farnham), which was at the time of her studies known as the Surrey Institute of Art and Design.[1] Templeton's films have received widespread critical acclaim and have won many major international awards including an Academy Award, a BAFTA, two British Animation Awards, the Rose d'Or, the Hiroshima Prize and the Cristal d'Annecy.
In October 2008 Suzie Templeton joined the roster of animation directors at Tandem Films.[2][3] She is also writing a feature film.[4]
