Venkateswarlu (Venkatesh) arrives to the town and gets appointed as a Telugu lecturer in the college. Aparna is a brilliant student in the class. Brahmanandam and few other students, in order to make fun, puts a love letter as if written by Venkateswarlu in the book of Aparna. Aparna develops love on Venkateswarlu but the later tries to stay away from her solely because she is his student.
In order to put an end to the mischievous acts of Aparna, Venkateswarlu marries Meena, a lady hailing from an orphanage. Meanwhile, Aparna is diagnosed of a deadly situation and that she will only live for few more days. The rest of the story is about how Aparna parts away by bringing Meena and Venkateswarlu together.
