Promotion to Northern Senior League One in 2009 has been followed by a County Cup final appearance in 2010, coming runners up to Tetbury Town with a 3-1 defeat and winning the competition in 2011, beating Sharpness Utd 5-0. Stonehouse came 6th at the end of the 2009-10 league campaign, and improved on this as they finished 5th 2010-11.

The club is based at The Magpies stadium in Oldends Lane. The current ground is in desperate need of repair. It has two stands, both of which have been vandalised through the years.
