Stephen T. McClellan, known as Steve, is an American rock promoter and educator. For many years he managed First Avenue & 7th St. Entry in Minneapolis, Minnesota.[1] McClellan now works for the non-profit DEMO and teaches at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, Minnesota.[2]
