Steven "Steve" Bayliss is a Welsh former rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s who at club level has played rugby union (RU) for Ystradgynlais RFC, playing at Wing, or Centre, i.e. number 11 or 14, or, 12 or 13, and at representative level has played rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for St. Helens (twice), Fulham, and Lézignan Sangliers, playing at Centre, or Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 3 or 4.[1]
Steve Bayliss won a cap for Wales (RL) while at St. Helens in 1981.[2]
