The Many-lined Salamander (Stereochilus marginatus) is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Stereochilus. It is endemic to the United States.

Its natural habitats are temperate forests, rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
