Stepnica
Stepnica [stɛpˈnit͡sa] is a village in Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Stepnica.[1] It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Goleniów and 27 km (17 mi) north of the regional capital Szczecin.
Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania, 1648-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
