Stephen Norris Capital Partners (also known as Steve Norris Partners) is a private equity firm that focus on co-investing alongside other private equity firms in leveraged buyout transactions.[1] The firm was founded by Stephen Norris, one of the founders of the Carlyle Group.[2]

The firm recently was named as a potential buyer for the troubled SCO Group.[3]
