Gerardia L. (syn. Stenandrium Nees) is a genus of flowering plants in the family Acanthaceae. It was once used as the generic name for the genus Agalinis, but based on the rules of the ICBN (Art. 53) it is an illegitimate later homonym of Gerardia L. (1753) that is now unavailable for use Agalinis.

The genus is named for the English herbalist John Gerard (1545-1611/2). Stenandrium is still preferred because of its widespread and historical use.
