Stanley Edwards (born May 20, 1960) is a former American football running back in the National Football League. He played six total seasons in the league, five for the Houston Oilers and one for his hometown Detroit Lions. Edwards attended the University of Michigan.[1]
Edwards is the father of former Michigan Wolverine and current San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Braylon Edwards.[2]
