St Margaret's College is an Anglican girls' day and boarding school in Merivale, Christchurch, New Zealand. The school is open to students in years 1 to 13.
The school was established in 1910 on the initiative of Bishop Julius of the Diocese of Christchurch, who invited the Kilburn, England-based Sisters of the Church Order to set up the school.
Prominent former students include author Ngaio Marsh.[1]
St Margaret's College is the only school in Christchurch to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma in addition to NCEA.
