St Albans Council election, 1999

The 1999 St Albans Council election took place on 6 May 1999 to elect members of St Albans District Council in Hertfordshire, England. The whole council was up for election with boundary changes since the last election in 1998 increasing the number of seats by 1.[1] The Liberal Democrats lost overall control of the council to no overall control.[2]
