The Spring Creek music department had seen success early in the program's short history. The Marching Spartans have two state titles in the small band division (1996, 1998), marched in the Hollywood Christmas Parade in 1998, and toured the Basque country in Northern Spain and Southern France in 1999. After experiencing several directors within the course of a few years, the Spring Creek High music department have now had nearly three and a half years with their current director.
