Spetsopoula
Spetsopoula is a private island situated to the southeast of Spetses, which is one of the Saronic Islands, in the region of Attica and the Aegean Sea. It was purchased by the Greek tycoon Stavros Niarchos, a native of Attica. It is located is about 90 km by helicopter from Athens.
It was here that Eugenia Livanos Niarchos, wife of Niarchos, died in mysterious circumstances in 1970.[1]
