The souravli (Greek: 蟽慰蠀蟻伪蠉位喂; Cretan Greek: 胃喂伪渭蟺蠈位喂 thiampoli or 蠁喂伪渭蟺蠈位喂 fiampoli) is a type of duct-flute made of peg or wood. It has a 2 octave ambitus and its opening is slanted to the edge.
A double flute is called a disavli (未喂蟽伪蠉位喂), one with no holes and the other one having holes to play the melody.
In Cyclades, the souravli is very widespread, especially in the Greek island of Naxos.
