Somei is a studio album by the Japanese noise musician, Merzbow. This album was released in January 2009 by the Greek record label Low Impedance Recordings. The album features Merzbow playing a traditional drum beat on a traditional drum kit on all three tracks. The drum tracks are then engulfed in Merzbow's traditional noise style, with occasional chicken sounds.[1]
