SmartGenealogy is a freeware genealogy software program that can handle very large databases. Its most powerful feature is that it can easily import and convert information from a spreadsheet[1] and convert it to the GEDCOM format. It is available in French and English. SmartGenealogy uses the Borland Database Engine (BDE).[2]
