Slottsskogsvallen

Slottsskogsvallen is a multi-use stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is currently used mostly for football and athletics. It is the home ground of Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC. The stadium holds 8,480 people and was built in 1923. It is counted as one of the most beautiful arenas in Sweden.[1] The Swedish athlete Gunder Hägg started his record-breaking streak at Slotsskogsvallen in 1942. The annual half marathon race, Göteborgsvarvet, one of the world's largest half marathon races, finishes in the arena. The annual Göteborg Marathon starts and finishes in the arena.
