Sky gazing (Dzogchen)

In both the Bön and Buddhist Dzogchen traditions, sky gazing (Wylie: nam mkha' ar gtad, THDL: namkha arté) is considered to be an important part of tregchöd.[1] Detailed instructions on the practice are provided by the Nyingma teacher Tarthang Tulku.[2]
