Sivaslı is a town and district of Uşak Province in the inner Aegean region of Turkey. Sivaslı district area neighbors those of four other districts of the same province from north to south, clockwise Karahallı, Ulubey, Uşak central district, and Banaz and ranges Sandıklı district of Afyonkarahisar Province in the east and Çivril district of Denizli Province in the southeast.

The district area is crossed by Banaz Stream and in contrast to other districts of Uşak Province, is not very very rich in terms of forest resources, its economy therefore relying almost exclusisely on agriculture. The region is famous for its strawberry.

Sivaslı town lies at the 35th kilometer of Uşak-Denizli interurban road at the foot of the Mount Bulkaz. Until 1953 it was a township depending Uşak, which itself was a district center depending Kütahya Province until that time. Sivaslı was made into a district at the same as Uşak's acquiring the status of province center and has today five townships with their own municipalities and 16 villages within its administrative area. Sivaslı center remains a small town of a few thousand inhabitants.

Sivaslı was formerly one of the numerous settlements that carried the name Sebaste and the ruins can still be seen near the town, although they remain unexplored.
