Sindecade is a German black metal band from Landshut, Germany and were formed in 2005 by former Dark Fortress musicians; former vocalist Azathoth and former guitarist Crom.

Having left Dark Fortress to form his own project Crom, a power metal band, Crom remained close to his old colleagues. They collaborated to form Sindecade.[1]
Sindecade was never meant to be an active touring band, but rather a musical expression for the two musicians. This culminated in the release of the Terrorcrowned MCD in 2006, which was intended as a one-off.
Despite getting some good reviews[2] the MCD Terrorcrowned, released on Crom's own label Neocreation Productions, suffered from bad promotion, resulting that most fans didn't even know it existed.[1]
