Shek Borkowski (30 January 1963) is a Polish born women's association football manager most recently at Russian club Zvezda-2005[1][2][3] Perm. Borkowski co-founded Indiana Invaders of the Premier Development League, FC Indiana,[4] and Chicago Red Stars[5][6] of the Women's Professional Soccer. He is most notable for his success with FC Indiana. His achievement of winning two league and two cup titles with FC Indiana, a moderate provincial American club, is considered to be one of the great feats in USA women's football history.

It's been reported in August 2005 and in January 2007 that Borkowski attempted to sign Marta Vieira da Silva of Umeå IK.[15][16]
It's been reported in October 2005 that Borkowski attempted to sign Caroline Seger of Linköping FC.[17]
It's been reported in February 2008 that Borkowski was a candidate for the head coaching position with Chicago Red Star.[18]
It's been reported in March 2008 that Ghana FA and Borkowski held talks about the possibility of Borkowski becoming manager of Ghana women's football team.[19][20]
It's been reported in April 2009 that Football Association of Ireland and FC Indiana would hold an innovative 11 week training camp in Indiana.[21] Speaking of the camp, Ireland manager Noel King said, “This camp has the potential to be a milestone for the development of women’s football in Ireland," and "So far, this training camp has been a massive success from our point of view."[22]
It's been reported in May 2010 that Borkowski has dismissed speculation that he was being lined-up to be the next Chicago Red Stars manager.[23]
