Shebuel (Hebrew: שבואל) was the son of Gershom, and a grandson of Moses and Zipporah. He along with his cousin, Rehabiah, were included in the Tribe of Levi. In 1 Chronicles 23:16, Shebuel is described as a chief. His name means captive of God or returned of God.
