Sergei Valerianovich Bazarevich (Cyrillic: Сергей Базаревич) (born March 16, 1965 in Moscow, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Soviet Union) is a retired Russian professional basketball player. He played in 10 games for the Atlanta Hawks during the 1994–95 NBA season. He was a 6'2" (1.88 m) and 168 lb (76 kg) point guard. He also holds Greek citizenship.[1][2]

Started playing in 1983 with CSKA Moscow...played there till the 1987-88 season...played with Dynamo Moscow (Russia) since 1988-89 to 1991-92...in 1992-93 moved to Turkey signed by Yıldırımspor...in 1993-94 played with Tofas Bursa, still in Turkey...in 1994-95 started the season in the NBA with the Atlanta Hawks and, after being released, signed for Caceres Club Baloncesto Spain...back for the 1995-96 season in Russia with Dynamo Moscow...signed for the 1996-97 season by CSKA Moscow...in 1997-98 played with Türk Telekom...released on March, joined CSKA Moscow...started the 1998-99 season in the Russian minors and, on late December, joined Pallacanestro Gorizia Italy...signed for the 1999-00 season by PAOK Thessaloniki ...signed for the 2000-01 season by the St. Petersburg Lions.

Won three USSR National Championship with CSKA Moscow...won the 1996-97 and 1997-98 Russian Championship with CSKA Moscow...played the 1996 and 1997 FIBA EuroStars...member of the Soviet National team once, and now of the Russian National team...won the silver medals at the 1990 and 1994 World Championship...won the silver medal at the 1993 European Championship...played at the 1992 and 2000 Olympics Games. He also made the All Tournament team in the 1994 World Championship
