Sei Fuwa (born July 2, 1915) (Japanese: 不破整) is a former Japanese football player. He was part of the Japan national team for the 1936 Summer Olympics football competition in Berlin, but did not actually compete, as he was the team's reserve goalkeeper behind Rihei Sano.[1] He was born in Tokyo, Japan.
