Seabridge is a suburb of Newcastle-under-Lyme in Staffordshire, England.
It is a typically middle-class area which houses mainly retired or professionals including many consultants from the nearby teaching hospital of North Staffs.
Seabridge boasts considerable historical value. Clay pots and human bones of over 20,000 years old have been discovered on the famous "Bunny Hill". This hill is also well-known for the filming of several scenes from the classic film "Wuthering Heights". In 1973, David Attenborough filmed an episode of 'The Natural World' entitled "The Life of Moles" on the hill which is now protected green belt.
Many high-quality public houses are to be found in the local area, namely The Seabridge, Dick Turpin and The Westbury Tavern. The origin of the name "Seabridge" is unknown as it is situated in the midlands, far away from any major water source.
