Scyphochlamys was a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the Rubiaceae family but is no longer recognized. It was originally described by Isaac Bayley Balfour in 1877. The genus contained only one species, i.e. Scyphochlamys revoluta, which is found on Rodrigues, the smallest of the Mascarene Islands. It was sunk into synonymy with Pyrostria.[1]
