Scopus Township covers an area of 62.53 square miles (162.0 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains fifteen cemeteries: Ates, Bess, Burton, Chostner, Coles, Cook, Hartle, Holt, James, Judge Long, Limbaugh, Mountain View, Pulliam, Seabaugh and Seabaugh.
