Sara Isakovič (born 9 June 1988 in Bled[1]) is a freestyle swimmer from Slovenia. She spent much of her childhood in Dubai. Isakovič was a member of the Žito Gorenjka Radovljica Swimming Club from Radovljica, Slovenia and trained under the supervision of coach Miha Potočnik.

Isakovič competed for Slovenia at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she won the silver medal in the women's 200 m freestyle. This was the first Olympic medal ever for Slovenia in swimming.

She is currently studying at the University of California, Berkeley and training with the Cal swimming team under the direction of coach Teri McKeever.
