The Samsung Gravity 3 (SGH-T479) is a mobile phone first released on June 23, 2010 by T-Mobile USA. It was manufactured by Samsung, and made in Korea.

The T-Mobile USA version comes in two colors, marine blue and citrus white. The kit from T-Mobile comes with the phone itself, a battery, and an Energy Star Charger. This phone is 3G Capable and comes with a web2go browser. Its microSD card slot is- near the battery on the inside.
The Samsung Gravity 3 Re*Generation (SGH-T479B) was released on June 10, 2011 for Virgin Mobile Canada in the red colour. When purchased, $15 is donated to Virgin Unite.[1] Virgin previously carried a non-charitable version.
In Canada, SaskTel and Solo Mobile also sell the Gravity 3. While it is offered in the same red colour available at Virgin, no charitable donations are made along with activation of this feature phone.
