Sami Bey Vrioni (1876–1947) was a politician, diplomat, and a minister of Albania.

Sami Bey Vrioni was a member of the great Bey family of Berat, Fier and Myzeqe, formerly cities and regions of the Ottoman Province of Ioannina, presently in Albania.
He was one of the signatories of the Albanian Declaration of Independence in 1912. Served as Senator and three times as Minister of the Albanian State. Arrested by the communist dictatorship that took power in 1944, Sami Bey Vrioni died under torture in 1947.
