Sainte Partners II, L.P. (also known as Sainte Television Group) is a broadcast company based in Modesto, California. The company's founder was country-western performer Chester Smith and the current chief executive officer is Robert Castro. They own several television stations throughout California and southern Oregon. In Chico and Redding they are affiliated with Fox, MyNetworkTV, Univision, Telemundo, and Telefutura with full time and semi satellite stations in Eureka. They also own a CBS and CW affiliate in Eureka which is not a satellite or semi-satellite of KHSL-TV, the CBS affiliate and CW subchannel in Chico (Sainte is rumored to purchase KHSL-TV from the financially troubled Catamount Broadcasting Group ). The other remaining networks are a Telemundo affiliate in Sacramento and a MyNetworkTV and Telemundo affiliate in Medford, Oregon.
