Saint John's International School, Bangkok, Thailand, (Thai: โรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์จอห์น) (SJIS) is an international school established in 1991 by Ajarn Samai Chinnapa within Saint John's Group of Schools and University (established in 1961).
The school offers the British Curriculum (See Education in England) from nursery to secondary (nursery-Year 13) and a North-American style curriculum in secondary (Grade 10-12). St. John's International School is a founding member of the International School Association of Thailand (ISAT) [1]. It is also the first school in Thailand to be designated under the Safe School Community International Accreditation Programme (SSCIAP) by the Safe Communities Foundation New Zealand.[2].

Saint John's International School operates within the framework of the National Curriculum for England and Wales [3]. With full provision made for study in Thai language and culture (including Thai Dancing) as required by the Thai Ministry of Education.
At the end of Key Stages 1, 2 and 3, students are entered for National Curriculum tests. IGCSE examinations are held at the end of Year 11 and are followed by A level examinations (As and A2) in Years 12 and 13. High School Diploma is also offered in the International High School Diploma Program which operates as a dedicated sixth form college.
Classes are taught by native English speaking teaching staff, recruited largely from the UK. Additional support is provided by EAL (English as an additional language) qualified teachers, classroom assistants and, when appropriate, SEN (Special Education Needs) assistants[4].
The school has air-conditioned classrooms and science, design technology, drama [5], music, and ICT rooms. It has primary and secondary libraries. The school is positioned around one playground, a 200m all-weather running track, a football pitch, an athletics field, a gymnasium and a 25m swimming pool with 270 seater stand.
