SOARA

The SOARA (Situation, Objective, Action, Results, Aftermath) is a Job interview technique used by interviewers to gather all the relevant information about a specific capability that the job requires.

The SOARA technique is similar to the Situation, Task, Action, Result technique.

This is not so much about the result of your actions but that you are a methodical and rational thinker. It is just as important to keep it simple as it is to have the right outcome.
