SABIA-Mar
The SABIA-Mar satellite, scheduled to launch in 2017, is a Brazilian / Argentinean earth observation satellite. It is focused on ocean surface monitoring[1][2], specially studies of ocean ecosystems, carbon cycle, marine habitat, coastal hazards and land use mapping. The satellite is part of a cooperation project between Comisión Nacional de Actividades Espaciales and National Institute for Space Research and will operate until 2021.
