Søren Tobias Årstad

Søren Tobias Årstad (1861 – 1928) was a Norwegian jurist and politician. He was born in Stavanger, was mayor of Stavanger from 1891 to 1892, and member of the Parliament of Norway from 1898 to 1900, and from 1913 to 1915. He served as Minister of Finance and Minister of Justice and the Police.[1][2]
