Ryujiro Ueda (植田 龍仁朗, Ueda Ryujiro?, born January 29, 1988 in Kadoma, Osaka) is a Japanese football player who plays for Fagiano Okayama in the J. League Division 2.[1] At the 30th October 2011 he scored the only goal for his team against Yokohama FC with his head from his own half. The distance of 58,6 meter was thought to be a world record, but later measurements showed that the ball was headed from "just" 57,8 meters. That means Jone Samuelsen still holds the record with 58,13 metres.
